Advisory Group Meetings

Since September, representatives from Snohomish County, Granite Falls City Council, local residents and Heidelberg Materials staff have met to discuss the proposed mine expansion, operational impacts to the community and methods for mitigation. These advisory group meetings took place on September 1st, 2022, November 3rd, 2022, March 2nd, 2023 and April 25th, 2023 . Through these meetings, advisory group members developed strategies to address community feedback regarding blast notifications, water quality and road cleaning. Meetings are open to the public.

Please reach out to the community engagement consultant if you would like to participate in future meetings at outreach@triangleassociates.com.
